RESERVATION POLICIES:

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and process them securely.

As we work on a first-come-first-served basis, we recommend that you make your reservations 2-3 weeks prior to your desired appointment.

For destinations more than 35 miles from Downtown Santa Rosa, a $30 destination charge will be assessed.

The remainder of your balance will be automatically charged to the credit card we have on file within 24 hours of your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, a 100% refund will be given.

For cancelations within 24 hours, a 50% refund will be given.

Cancellations made less than 24-hours or on the same day are not eligible for a refund

LIABILITY:

By booking our services, you and your guests agree to release liability.
